Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking an Epic Applications Analyst to implement, configure, and maintain Epic (Cheers and MyChart) across patient care workflows. The role includes on-call support, collaboration with clinicians and IT, and adherence to software lifecycle standards.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree with Epic experience and demonstrated ability to lead system analysis and project initiatives in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience as analyst implementing/testing vendor software or healthcare operations preferred.
• Epic experience (training status/certification) required; higher levels need broader Epic training.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving, with ability to lead system analysis projects.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Epic systems (Cheers, MyChart) and ensure alignment with patient safety goals.
• Lead and manage projects following SDLC; document and test builds and changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide on-call support during implementation and go-lives.
