Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking an Epic Applications Analyst to implement, configure, and maintain the Epic system and related third-party tools. The role spans levels I–IV with increasing responsibility, including on-call support and stakeholder collaboration.

Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, Epic experience or training, and proven project management ability. The position is remote with occasional travel for Go-Live and training, and offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Training in analytical abilities and problem solving as appropriate for role.
• Experience as analyst implementing/testing vendor software OR healthcare operations experience.
• Epic training status or certifications required; higher levels require multiple Epic areas.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build, implement, and maintain the Epic system and related third-party tools.
• Drive system analysis, project management, and process improvements in IT healthcare env.
• Engage stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and lead initiatives to improve patient safety and quality.
• Maintain compliance with software lifecycle standards and on-call support duties.
