Job summary

SolutionHealth seeks an Epic Applications Analyst to implement, develop, and maintain the Epic system and associated third‑party tools. The role spans Levels I–IV with on‑call rotation and remote work, involving travel for Go‑Live trainings as needed.

Ideal candidates have Epic experience with current training status, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to mentor junior analysts while leading projects to improve patient safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree or combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.
• Epic experience with current training status/certification required for relevant analyst levels.
• Strong analytical thinking, project management, and business process reengineering experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate frequently and effectively via virtual meetings.

Responsibilities

• Implement, develop, and maintain the Epic system and third‑party systems.
• Provide on‑call support and interact with clients while ensuring lifecycle standards.
• Lead projects to improve patient safety and quality initiatives and mentor junior analysts.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders and communicate effectively across the organization.
