Job summary

Xtensys is seeking an Epic Applications Analyst to support Epic applications across clinical and financial domains. You will report to the Application Manager and handle installation, configuration, testing, training, and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Epic applications in a healthcare setting.
• Hands-on experience with builds, configurations, and deployments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate clinical and financial needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide system-level Epic support including installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization.
• Support application builds, upgrades, implementations, testing, and validation.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Gather and translate business, clinical, and financial requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, IT, and other teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support for applications.
• Lead and participate in project planning, establish goals and milestones.
• Communicate status, risks, and changes to stakeholders, escalating as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve functionality and processes.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.
