Job summary

Xtensys Connected Health Solutions is seeking an Epic Applications Analyst to provide intermediate-level, system-wide support for Epic applications. You will report to the Application Manager and contribute to installation, configuration, testing, training, maintenance, and ongoing support across clinical and financial systems.

The role requires Epic ASAP certification, 3+ years in healthcare IT, and the ability to work remotely with occasional travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare information technology or related field preferred.
Active Epic ASAP certification required.
Care Everywhere certification preferred.
3+ years in technology/healthcare or related industry.

Responsibilities

Provide system-level support for Epic applications, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Lead and participate in project planning, establish goals and milestones, and coordinate tasks to meet timelines.
Translate business and end-user needs into effective technical solutions for clinical, operational, and financial workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve application usefulness.
Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure proficiency with Epic applications.
