Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop or modify procedures for Epic applications and assist users with full functionality.
• Assist with impact analysis, priority setting, and documenting changes.
• Support testing, training, and evaluation; track issues and communicate progress.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Understand clinical/operational workflows and manage application upgrades.
