Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain in-depth knowledge of workflows and software to support them.
• Participate in future state workflow review and system build to support new workflows.
• Collaborate with vendors and teams to design and implement effective solutions.
• Research issues and provide options to address system limitations.
• Provide tier-2 support and maintain up-to-date documentation.
