Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; CS/Healthcare/Business Administration preferred.
• Two years of progressively responsible experience in related technology.
• Must complete Epic certification within 6 months of training.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Equivalent education or training may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Provides analysis, design, and support of hospital systems, including testing, training, implementation, and on-going support.
• Works to complete project plan tasks under supervision.
• Conducts hospital system workflow analysis.
• Interacts with end users, vendors and other areas to gather requirements.
• Assists in installation of software/hardware; aligns with IS&T standards.
• Designs and develops application programs from analysis through implementation.
• Documents and communicates problem resolution.
• Develops and maintains build and issue documentation.
