Job summary

Saint Francis Connect, LLC is seeking an Application Analyst to design, build, test, validate, and support Epic-based applications. The role emphasizes knowledge of Epic workflows, collaboration with multiple disciplines, and ongoing certification maintenance.

Minimum education includes a high school diploma or GED with a preferred Bachelor’s degree. Epic Cupid certification and/or Cardiology experience are highly valued for this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• One year of related experience; Epic Cupid certification and/or Cardiology clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to complete Epic certification and maintain certification in assigned module(s).
• Basic computer skills; ability to work independently and in a team; meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain in-depth knowledge of workflows and software functionality.
• Participate in future state workflow review and system build.
• Collaborate with vendors and teams to design and implement solutions.
• Research issues and propose solution options for complex matters.
• Provide tier-2 support and maintain documentation.
• Travel for Epic training and remote work site visits as needed.
