Job summary

CTG is seeking an experienced Epic Application Analyst to support third-party applications integrated with Epic. You will manage technical components, integrations, certificates, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth operation between Epic and external systems.

Responsibilities include owning third-party apps connected to Epic, uploading and renewing certificates, overseeing upgrades and patches, and troubleshooting HL7, FHIR, and API interfaces. Strong communication with vendors is essential.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years supporting Epic or integrated healthcare IT systems.
  • Hands-on with SSL/TLS certificates, API configurations, and vendor integrations.
  • Experience with Epic integrations and third-party applications.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage third-party applications connected to Epic.
  • Upload, configure, and manage digital certificates for secure communication.
  • Oversee application upgrades, patches, and regression testing.
  • Manage API connections, vendor web services, and integration endpoints.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to resolve outages and maintenance.
  • Document configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Provide on-call support as required.
