Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Integration Analyst to coordinate and implement Epic interfaces within our healthcare IT environment. You will collaborate with clinicians and operations teams to design, build, test, train, implement, and maintain Epic EMR interfaces and related systems.

The role requires 4+ years of experience, strong HL7 and API skills, and hands-on experience with Epic Bridges. A focus on secure, scalable data exchange will support improved patient care and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, health informatics, or related field.
• 4+ years of directly related professional experience.
• Experience with Epic Bridges integration configuration and testing.
• Strong SQL-like programming and data manipulation skills.
• Familiarity with HL7, REST/SOAP APIs, and data exchange interfaces.
• Understanding of RDBMS concepts and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Mentor lower-level analysts.
• Plan, coordinate, and contribute to integration projects within the application environment.
• Collaborate with clinicians and end users to design, test, and implement Epic interfaces and related systems.
• Analyze business problems and recommend sustainable integration solutions.
• Design and implement complex integration solutions and data exchange interfaces.
• Build, test, and deploy interfaces ensuring security and scalability.
• Support patient care delivery via integrated clinical and financial systems.
