Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking an Epic Applications Analyst to implement, develop, and maintain the Epic system (Cheers and MyChart) and related third-party systems. The role spans levels I–IV with on-call rotation and a flexible schedule during Eastern business hours, primarily remote work with occasional travel for Go-Live and training.

The ideal candidate will have Epic experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to mentor junior analysts while collaborating with customers and colleagues

Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree or combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.
• Epic certification/training status required at various analyst levels; end-user or analyst Epic experience needed.
• Experience implementing and testing vendor packaged software or healthcare operations in the applicable area.
• Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities and rapidly changing situations.
• Must communicate frequently and effectively via written and verbal methods.

Responsibilities

• System Build and Configuration: Independently research and configure systems to improve processes, add efficiencies, and promote patient safety.
