Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment.
• Current Epic certification required (e.g., Epic Ambulatory or another relevant Epic application).
• Understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare information systems, and application support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic applications and clinical workflows to support healthcare operations.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to identify system requirements and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze end-user needs and translate business and clinical requirements into effective system solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing technical and functional support.
• Assist with Epic system implementations, upgrades, testing, and go-live activities.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, workflow procedures, and training materials.
• Support end-user training and promote effective adoption of Epic functionality.
• Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, data accuracy, and overall operational performance.
