Job summary

Qualifications

• Epic certification in at least one module or the ability to obtain certification within six months.
• Preferred: BA/BS degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical workflows and align Epic EHR features with organizational processes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, IT staff, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Configure and customize Epic with templates and order sets for clinical use.
• Monitor performance, manage upgrades, and patch as needed.
• Provide training to clinical staff and ensure data accuracy for decision-making and reporting.
