Job summary

The University of Kansas Health System is seeking an Epic Clinical Analyst I or II for broad collaboration across clinical operations. The role focuses on implementation, support and optimization of Epic applications, working closely with end users to troubleshoot issues and improve workflows at the Broadmoor Campus in Kansas City.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in nursing or clinical healthcare field.
• 2 or more years of experience in a clinical position in a health care institution or clinic.
• Current professional license or clinical certificate in the professional area; certification in Epic or learning of Epic app within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supports implementation and support of clinical applications; troubleshoots end-user issues and assists with conversions/implementations.
• Analyzes and documents current and future needs and workflows with stakeholders.
• Tests, documents design decisions, and contributes to training and turnover materials.
• Develops relationships with Nursing and Clinical teams and participates in team/project meetings.

Education

Associates Degree In nursing or other clinical healthcare related field.
