enGen seeks an Epic Analyst to configure, rollout, and support Epic applications in a remote-based role. You will perform business and systems analysis, define requirements, document workflows, and mentor end-users.

The role focuses on configuring changes in Epic environments to deliver standardized workflows, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation. You will manage small to mid-size projects and collaborate with stakeholders to track progress.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• Associates degree required; 2 years of relevant work experience can substitute.
• Preferred: Epic Ambulatory.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes system requirements; documents workflow; supports environments.
• Configures Epic changes to provide standardized workflows; fixes issues.
• Manages small to medium projects; updates stakeholders on progress.
• Performs root cause analysis to resolve problems.
