Qualifications

• Five or more years of related experience.
• Experience configuring, designing, and supporting an Epic solution.
• Experience in test planning, execution, and test case development.
• Strong knowledge of clinical applications and health IT industry.
• Ability to bridge communication between technical and nontechnical staff.
• Strong analytical, problem resolution and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with large projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Epic production support analysts.
• Monitor, triage, and report on production support queues across units.
• Ensure SLAs are met and tickets resolved promptly.
• Lead discovery calls and provide Level of Effort estimates.
• Facilitate design sessions with business leaders and analysts.
• Create and fulfill EHR use cases and translate requirements to specifications.
• Lead documentation for discovery and implementation.
• Define requirements and future state workflows clearly.
• Collaborate with project managers on tasks and estimates.
