CVS Health is hiring a Senior Software Development Engineer – Ambulatory to lead Epic production support, design, and configuration efforts within our ambulatory environment. You will manage a team, monitor queues, and ensure timely resolutions while partnering with business leaders and IT colleagues.

You will document requirements, support discovery, and translate workflows into technical specifications, collaborating across matrix teams to deliver quality healthcare IT solutions.

Competenze

Five+ years of related experience required.
EpicCare Ambulatory certification required.
Experience configuring, designing, and supporting Epic solutions.
Knowledge of clinical applications and healthcare IT industry.

Mansioni

Lead a team of Epic production support analysts.
Monitor and triage production support queues across units.
Ensure SLAs are met and tickets resolved promptly.
Update knowledge articles with help desk.
Present status reports on queues and trends.
Lead discovery calls and provide effort estimates.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Document discovery and implementation details.
Collaborate with matrix teams across providers, PMs, SMEs, and vendors.
