Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer – Ambulatory to join the Epic team. You will lead a team of Epic production support analysts, triage queues, ensure SLAs, and collaborate with business leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining Epic environments, conducting discovery calls, and documenting use cases, business requirements, and technical specs. A strong background in EpicCare Ambulatory is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience is required.
• EpicCare Ambulatory certification required.
• Experience configuring, designing, and supporting an Epic solution.
• Experience in test planning & execution and test case development.
• Strong knowledge of clinical applications and healthcare IT.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Epic production support analysts.
• Monitor, triage, and report on production support queues across multiple business units.
• Ensure SLAs are met and tickets are resolved promptly.
• Lead Discovery calls and provide Level of Effort.
• Create and fulfill discovery and implementation documentation.
• Lead documentation for requirements and future state workflows.
