Job summary

OCHIN is seeking an Epic Learning Coach on the EHR Support Analyst Team to optimize and enhance EHR workflows for member organizations. This remote role involves monitoring and resolving JIRA tickets and onboarding/offboarding staff with Epic expertise.

You will train across multiple modalities and collaborate with internal departments to drive sustainable improvements. Willingness to travel up to 20% and possess Epic Ambulatory proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

Epic Certification/Accreditation/Proficiency in Ambulatory.
At least 2 years of experience delivering Epic training.
Experience delivering training across multiple modalities (onsite, one-on-one, group, virtual, phone).
Proven experience training Epic Ambulatory workflows to diverse end users.
Strong understanding of ambulatory health center operations.
Experience with User Security and Provider Administration.
Smart Tool Development/Smart Tool Build experience.
Travel up to 20% expected.
Competency assessment prior to team interview to gauge fit.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with member leadership to assess workflows and contribute to strategic decisions.
Deliver interactive training sessions to large and small audiences using multiple modalities.
Provide workflow coaching and best practice recommendations to members and internal staff.
Assist in design and enhancement of learning programs and training materials.
Collaborate with other departments on special projects and workflow improvements.
Configure Epic components, document changes, and mentor peers.
