Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar or relevant role.
• Work history in Healthcare IT is required.
• Epic EpicCare Ambulatory and Wisdom certification is required.
• At least 5 years as a Certified Epic Applications Analyst with 3+ years in Ambulatory build.
• Strong communication skills across technical and end-user groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality per specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for optimal system performance.
• Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and maintenance.
• Create and optimize technical documentation for cross-functional teams.
• Grow competency in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements.
