Collaboration with clinic leadership, providers, clinical staff, and IT stakeholders is essential to improve documentation, orders, referrals, medication management, and patient access.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or clinical license required.
• Epic Ambulatory certification required; EpicCare Link certification preferred.
• 4–6 years of clinical applications experience supporting multiple modules; Epic build, testing, and optimization preferred.
• Experience with Epic Ambulatory workflows including outpatient documentation, orders, referrals, medication management, and patient access workflows.
• Strong understanding of dependencies, workflow impacts, testing methodologies, interfaces and cross-application integration.

Aufgaben

• Provide advanced support, troubleshooting, maintenance, build, testing, and optimization of Epic Ambulatory and related outpatient clinical workflows.
• Partner with clinic leadership, providers, clinical staff, operational teams, information services, and Epic/vendor stakeholders to improve documentation, orders, referrals, medication management, patient access workflows, care coordination, reporting, charging, and cross-application integration; ensure application reliability; support safe, efficient patient care across the ambulatory enterprise.
