StartupNWA in Fayetteville, NC is seeking an Applications Analyst focusing on Epic Grand Central. This role performs advanced support, builds, tests, and optimizes Epic Grand Central and related hospital workflows.

You will partner with patient placement, nursing, registration, ED, and other teams to improve bed planning, census management, and cross-application integration while ensuring reliability and safe patient throughput.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or clinical license preferred.
• 4–6 years of clinical or operational applications experience as an applications analyst.
• Experience with Epic Grand Central workflows and related hospital operations workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced support, troubleshooting, maintenance, build, testing, and optimization of Epic Grand Central.
• Collaborate with patient placement, transfer center, nursing, registration, ED, perioperative, inpatient, ancillary, operations, IS, and Epic/vendor teams to improve patient throughput.
• Ensure application reliability and safe, efficient census management across the health system.
