Epic EHR experience is required, with the ability to translate complex business needs into streamlined workflows and measurable outcomes. You will drive adoption and oversee strategic AI-enabled healthcare solutions across IT and business units.

• Develop and oversee the Epic Factory AI Program and other cross-application initiatives.
• Lead complex, high-visibility projects from concept to execution while aligning with IT and business strategies.
• Mentor IT staff and coordinate with management to ensure adoption of new workflows and systems.
