Advocate Health seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead the Epic Factory AI Program and cross-application strategic initiatives under the AVP of Clinical Applications for Strategic Projects & AI. Epic certified professional with hands-on experience across core applications is required.

Translate complex business requirements into optimized workflows, lead high-visibility projects, and drive adoption of AI-enabled healthcare solutions.

Qualifications

• Epic clinical application certification required.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible information systems experience with technical or project management exposure.
• Ability to translate business requirements into optimized workflows.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with executives to analysts.
• Experience leading complex, high-visibility projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer Epic Factory AI Program and other cross-application initiatives.
• Lead coordination of project activities and provide technical direction.
• Mentor IT team and influence adoption of new systems.
• Partner with IT leadership and business units to define business cases and requirements.
• Ensure delivery meets design and quality standards.
