Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions, Inc. seeks an Epic Provisioning Analyst for a remote, USA-based role. The 6-month contract includes a potential extension or conversion and a max rate of 37/hour, with coverage from 6am to 2pm.

You will support the Identity and Access Management team, provisioning Epic user access per security policy. Requirements include at least 1 year of Epic experience, strong communication and customer-service skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year direct Epic work experience preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for user access management, provisioning, de-provisioning, and troubleshooting within Identity Access Management controls.
• Acts as liaison with end-users to understand access needs and communicate requirements and timelines.
• Responsible for Epic provisioning/security tasks.
• Carry out security-related tasks while adhering to Epic policies.
• Research, analyze and propose solutions to routine access issues with supervisor guidance.
• Collaborate with IAM team to ensure access aligns with security guidelines.
• Ensure Epic training and approvals are obtained before granting access.
• Identify improvements for efficiency and security in work processes.
• Maintain knowledge of Data Courier workflows.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support.
