Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking an Epic Applications Analyst (levels 1-4) to implement, develop, and maintain the Epic system and related third-party integrations. The role requires PB Admin or PB Claims certification, Epic Build experience, and strong collaboration across clinical and IT teams.

A 4-year degree or equivalent experience is considered; vendor training status is required. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with ET business hours, remote work options, and periodic on-call support for

Qualifications

Epic Professional Billing with PB Admin or PB Claims certification required.
Epic Build experience required.
4-year Bachelor's Degree or combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.
Active vendor training status required; Epic training status varies by analyst level.

Responsibilities

System Build and Configuration: Independently research and configure systems to improve processes, promote patient safety.
Heuristic Design: Apply clinical/business knowledge to inform workflow and system design.
Adapt and Innovate: Embrace change, seek process improvements, and think innovatively.
Ensure Accountability: Take responsibility and adhere to service excellence standards.
Collaborate and Communicate: Build partnerships with stakeholders and end users; provide effective support.
Information Technology: Apply SDLC knowledge to develop, test, deploy, and maintain systems.
Project Management: Manage projects; follow SDLC and PM principles.
Documentation and Testing: Create documentation, develop test scripts, ensure builds meet standards.
