Job summary

The Planet Group is seeking an experienced IT implementation professional with Epic Professional Billing expertise to lead complex PB projects remotely across the United States.

Ideal candidates will coordinate workflow design, configuration, testing, training, and delivery for Epic PB and related Claims Management initiatives, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to ensure successful implementations and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of PB implementation experience.
• Epic PB certification and current CEE.
• Experience with Claims Management and Professional Billing workflows.
• Experience developing or working with Epic Reporting Workbench reports.
• Experience supporting Epic-integrated projects and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Assess business and user requirements and recommend system designs and configurations.
• Lead workflow review, documentation, design, build, configuration, and testing activities.

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and implementation documentation.
• Support data movement, integration testing, data validation, and conversion testing.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced healthcare IT implementation professional with expertise in Epic Professional Billing (PB), Claims Management, and healthcare system implementations. The ideal candidate will bring strong Epic PB knowledge, experience supporting Epic-integrated projects, and the ability to coordinate workflow design, configuration, testing, training, and implementation activities.
