Job summary

MacAllister Machinery Co., Inc. seeks a Program Manager – EPG Logistics and Storage to oversee logistics, transportation, storage, and delivery of equipment for power generation accounts.

You will coordinate material flow from suppliers through packagers to sites, manage transportation and storage operations, and ensure equipment readiness to meet customer commitments. The role is an individual contributor with lane leadership responsibilities, reporting to the Strategic Account Leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 8+ years of experience in logistics coordination, transportation management, or similar.
• Experience managing vendor/carrier relationships for delivery performance, cost, and service quality.
• Experience managing storage/warehouse operations and inventory visibility.
• Experience issuing and managing logistics POs (transportation, storage, delivery).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end flow of materials and equipment from suppliers to site deployment.
• Coordinate deliveries and communicate issues impacting timelines.
• Oversee transportation of heavy/oversize equipment for timely, compliant delivery.
• Manage relationships with transportation providers, brokers, and logistics partners.
• Oversee storage facilities, inventory visibility, and equipment deployment across locations.
• Coordinate site deliveries with Project Delivery and Field Execution teams.
