Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in logistics coordination, transportation management, or equipment delivery.
• Experience managing vendor/carrier relationships with accountability for delivery performance and cost.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end flow of materials and equipment from supplier coordination through packager delivery, storage, and site deployment.
• Oversee transportation production of equipment, including heavy-haul and oversized shipments, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Manage relationships with transportation providers, brokers, and logistics partners to support reliable movement.
• Coordinate storage facilities, inventory visibility, and site delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate logistics rates, contracts, and monitor budget performance.
• Coordinate work assignments and ensure standards for inventory, delivery, and storage inspections.
