Qualifications

• Extensive EPCM project experience in capital projects and a management role.
• Training in Contracts/Legal and project/management related topics.
• Experience drafting commercial terms and understanding legal implications.
• Proficient negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the contracting team toward plan execution and deliverables.
• Oversee contracting activities across pre- and post-award phases.
• Draft and review contract terms and conditions and advise on special terms.
• Manage bidding, award contracts, and handover to site administration.
• Monitor program progress, attend meetings, and manage changes.
