Job summary

Hatch in Pittsburgh seeks a Senior Site Planner / Scheduler to develop and manage project schedules across all phases, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines and objectives. You will analyze performance, identify risks, support change management, and mentor junior planners.

Must have deep EPCM experience in metals, knowledge of P6 and MS Project, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate across engineering, procurement and construction teams.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in project planning and scheduling for complex EPCM projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring junior planners and leading planning teams.
• Proven ability to identify risks, analyze data and propose corrective actions.
• Familiarity with schedule control, forecasting and earned value reporting.

Responsibilities

• Developing detailed project schedules using standard coding and work breakdown structures.
• Leading Integrated Planning Sessions (IPS) and collaborating with disciplines to gather inputs.
• Sequencing work packages and developing network models with critical path focus.
• Preparing level 1-3 schedules and presenting progress updates and management reports.
• Supporting schedule risk assessment and contingency development.
