Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA Corp seeks a Warranty Sr. Manager - EPC to lead the Warranty Team across utility-scale solar and energy storage projects. Based in Houston with a hybrid/remote model, you will ensure warranty obligations are met in a cost-effective, contract-compliant manner.

The role requires a technical background, extensive EPC warranty experience, and strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Procurement, Legal, and Finance to drive timely claim resolution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
10–15 years of EPC project delivery, warranty management, or contract administration.
Familiarity with EPC contract structures and warranty terms.
Proficiency with Procore, Excel, and databases.
Strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage full lifecycle of warranty claims from intake to closeout.
Coordinate site inspections and technical evaluations for claim validity.
Develop warranty dashboards, track costs, and forecast reserves.
Draft communications and responses to Owners and OEMs.
Collaborate with Engineering, Construction, Finance, and Legal to resolve claims.
