Job summary

Bechtel is building a semiconductor manufacturing plant in New Albany, Ohio, hiring for a role that leads subcontract formation and administration within a large project team. You will develop contracts, review bid packages, and ensure compliance with project requirements through the full lifecycle of EPC subcontracts.

Requires 1–2 years of university-level experience or 5–6 years of relevant work experience, with strong knowledge of procurement regulations, contract law, and pricing

Qualifications

• Requires University Hire with 1–2 years of experience or 5–6 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of service acquisition regulations, policies and practices.
• Experience in pricing, contract law, negotiations and accounting.
• Broad knowledge in subcontract administration.
• Experience on large-scale U.S. Government funded projects with DBRA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead formation and administration of EPC subcontracts.
• Forecast and communicate subcontract progress and difficulties.
• Prepare change orders and amendments; negotiate with subs and customers.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and Bechtel directives.
• Interface with Subcontractors and project teams to align strategy and resolve issues.
• Manage relationships with PMT, Legal, Finance and other stakeholders.
