Job summary

Bechtel Global Corporation in New Albany, Ohio, seeks an experienced construction supervisor to monitor subcontractor planning, safety, quality, and technical activities on a complex EPC project.

You will coordinate field staff, ensure work is executed safely and to schedule, and manage turnover plans across craft disciplines. Requires a bachelor's degree and 10–13 years of relevant experience; familiarity with ASME NQA-1 is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years without a degree.
• Advanced knowledge of EPC/EPCM construction programs, means and methods.
• Strong supervisory experience on large construction projects with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and organize subcontractor planning, safety, quality, and technical activities.
• Coordinate field supervision to align with schedules and safe work methods.
• Develop and implement turnover plans across craft disciplines.
• Manage staffing, monitor performance against budget and schedule.
• Ensure craftwork uses project automation tools and adheres to standards.
