Responsibilities

• Develop multiple contracts and/or services agreements simultaneously.
• Maintain continual review of subcontract progress.
• Prepare change orders and amendments.

Skills

Knowledge of service acquisition & procurement regulations

Demonstrated training in pricing and contract law

Working knowledge of engineering/construction contracting

Experience in developing contract types

Strong organizational and communication skills

Broad knowledge in subcontract administration

Education

Bachelor's degree or international equivalent
