Job summary

• Strong knowledge of contract management principles, practices, and procedures.
• Experience administering complex contracts and subcontracting on large projects.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and manage contracts professionals and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Defines and develops the contracts scope, plans, procedures, schedules, estimates and budgets for mid-size projects.
• Prepares commercial terms and conditions for project documents and ensures prime contract requirements are met.
• Develops procurement and subcontracting strategies and coordinates with engineering and construction.
• Reviews bid tabulations, approves bidder selections, and negotiates terms with vendors and partners.
• Provides direction to subcontract personnel and ensures compliance with policies and safety standards.
