Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Industrial Inside Sales or similar preferred.
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality output.
• Ability to interpret and evaluate commercial and technical specs.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and PDF software.

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Manager throughout the project lifespan.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, contractors, and owners to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop and manage multiple project schedules.
• Monitor progress of construction activities.
• Participate in management calls to review site issues and schedules.
• Schedule regular vendor meetings for updates on deliveries and issues.
• Provide regular customer updates on all project aspects.
• Assist in implementing changes and updating timelines as needed.
• Handle day-to-day project operations including site buys and expediting.
