Job summary

Linxon is hiring a Project Manager for Energy and Infrastructure Projects in Raleigh, NC. You will lead EPC project delivery from initiation to handover, owning P&L, budgets, and schedules, while ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires PMP or equivalent, strong communication skills, and ability to travel as needed. The position offers a hybrid on-site presence in Raleigh with competitive compensation and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• PMP certification or ability to obtain one.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of EPC projects from award through commissioning and handover.
• Own project P&L, budget performance, forecasting, and financial results.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality requirements and Linxon standards.
• Coach and lead multidisciplinary project teams to meet objectives.
• Maintain effective communication with customers, stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers.
