Job summary

Linxon is seeking a Project Manager for Energy and Infrastructure Projects in Phoenix, AZ, with hybrid work. You will own end-to-end delivery from initiation to closeout, driving safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance across a portfolio of projects.

In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams and subcontractors, manage client interfaces, and uphold Linxon's project controls to achieve contractual obligations and sustainable value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering projects safely from start to closeout in a regulated environment.
• Strong commitment to Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance and leadership.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve on-time and on-budget results.
• Experience managing full project lifecycle: planning, execution, and handover.
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience managing project scope, change control and commercial impacts.
• Ownership of project financials including P&L, forecasting and cash flow.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks while leveraging opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe and compliant delivery of projects from mobilization through commissioning and handover.
• Embed a Work Safe, Home Safe, Zero Harm culture across all project phases.
• Direct, support, and motivate cross-functional project teams to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain transparent communication with internal teams, customers, and partners.
• Contribute project management expertise during bid and order-pursuit to support delivery.
• Maintain strict project controls over budgets, schedules, risks, and changes.
