Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group seeks a Project Manager I or II to lead design-build and EPC projects from planning through completion in our Amarillo, TX office. You’ll oversee engineering, procurement, scheduling and construction teams, manage contracts, and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

Travel up to 25% domestically. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; 5+ years’ construction PM experience with DB or EPC;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years construction PM experience with DB or EPC exposure.
• Power delivery industry experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of materials, methods and equipment used in transmission, distribution and substations.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated Design-Build (DB) and EPC teams from kickoff through closeout.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, scheduling, estimating, and construction activities to meet safety, quality, budget and schedule goals.
• Manage prime contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders and project closeout.
• Serve as primary customer contact, maintaining communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports; communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement planning, subcontractor and supplier scopes, bidding, pricing, schedules, invoices, submittals, and purchase orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, QA/QC and environmental requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and follow company policies.
