This position will focus on EPC projects.The ideal candidate will be based in the Eastern Time Zone (EST), preferably within a reasonable commuting distance of Cincinnati, OH. The selected candidate will be required to work 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday.**Responsibilities:**EPC Project Management Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* Work alongside the Project Manager throughout the project lifespan* Collaborate with customers, vendors, contractors, and owners to ensure on time delivery.* Develop and manage multiple project schedules.* Monitor progress of overall construction activities.* Be on calls with management to review job site issues, work schedules, sub-contractor performance, and workflow efficiency.* Organize and schedule regular vendor meetings which provide updates on deliveries, technical issues, documentation, etc.* Organize and schedule regular customer updates on all aspects of the project.* Help implement suggested changes by either customers or vendors and coordinate appropriate updates to scheduling and other timeline activities.* Handle the “day to day” project operations, such as site buys and expediting.**Qualifications*** Experience in Industrial Inside Sales or similar experience. Minimum 3 – 5 years preferred.* Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and focus on quality output.* Knowledge of PVF materials and processes.* Ability to interpret, analyze and evaluate commercial and technical specifications.* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PDF software.* Strong organizational skills* Adaptability and flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with ability to coordinate several major activities simultaneously.* Customer service oriented with excellent leadership and negotiation skills.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with all levels of the organization* Team player with the aptitude for multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, and building relationships with team members, vendors and customers.At Ferguson, we care for each other.
