Job summary

Victaulic, a leader in mechanical pipe joining systems, seeks a Sales Operations Project Execution Manager in Houston to oversee cross-functional EPC accounts from demand planning through delivery.

The role requires a PMP (or equivalent) and a proven ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Product Management, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or related leadership role.
• Proven track record managing cross-functional projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (~5).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution from demand planning to delivery on EPC accounts.
• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders across EPC engagements.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners for seamless execution.
• Track multiple projects simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed.
• Provide regular executive updates and performance reporting.
