Job summary

Victaulic seeks an experienced EPC Project Manager to lead large, multi-contract projects from bid to closeout. You will coordinate EPC teams, owners, and suppliers to meet contract requirements, schedules, and budgets while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates bring PMP or equivalent, 8–10+ years in EPC delivery, and strong leadership, communication, and risk-management skills to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/related field required; PMP preferred.
• 10+ years in EPC project management with multi-contract scope.
• Strong cost control, scheduling, and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EPC project delivery across engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Coordinate with owners, EPC contractors, and internal teams to meet milestones.
• Manage costs, change orders, and schedule risk with proactive mitigation.
• Provide executive-level reporting and maintain project governance.
• Drive safety, quality, and compliance across all project phases.
