Job summary

Victaulic seeks an experienced EPC Project Manager to lead large, multi-contract EPC accounts from bid through closeout. You will own scope, schedule, and budget, coordinating with owners, EPC contractors, engineers, and suppliers to ensure contract alignment and on-time delivery.

You will drive risk management, change control, and KPI reporting, while ensuring safety and quality across complex projects. A PMP or equivalent certification is preferred for this high-impact role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of EPC project management experience with large multi-contract projects.
• Strong knowledge of PMI process groups and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of EPC projects.
• Define project scope, execution strategy, and deliverables across multiple EPC contracts.
• Lead risk management, change control, and contingency planning.
• Track milestones, costs, and supplier performance across projects.
• Coordinate with owners, EPC contractors, engineers, and suppliers to meet objectives.
• Prepare executive-level reports and client presentations.
