Victaulic in Houston seeks a Sales Operations Project Execution Manager to lead cross-functional projects across EPC accounts, from demand planning to delivery. You will coordinate Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Product Management to ensure timely execution and aligned strategies.

The ideal candidate has a PMP or equivalent certification, 5+ years in project management or sales operations, and strong skills in MS Project, Smartsheet, Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, PM, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in project management, sales operations, or related leadership role.
• Ability to manage multiple (~5) projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project/Smartsheet and Salesforce; Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end project execution from demand planning through final delivery.
• Coordinate scope, objectives, and deliverables across EPC accounts.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resources.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Coordinate internal and external teams for seamless execution.
• Manage multiple projects across engagements.
