Job summary

Ramboll in the Americas seeks a Project Management Assistant to support EPC project delivery by establishing robust controls for cost, schedule, forecasting and reporting. You will partner with the Project Manager, discipline leads, procurement, construction and finance to provide timely insights and ensure governance.

You will handle project admin, documentation, meeting coordination, and support closeout, with on-site five days a week in Lansdale, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years related experience.
• Associate's Degree with 4 years related experience.
• Advanced degree with less than one year related experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project control structures (WBS, budgets, cost reports).
• Monitor and analyze project financials including commitments and variances.
• Develop forecasts, cash flow projections, and performance dashboards.
• Support change management, progress tracking, and monthly reporting.
• Maintain project controls documentation and support closeout activities.
