Job summary

Ramboll Group A/S is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Energy/Solutions for Industry projects in the United States. You will own client relationships and drive day-to-day delivery of complex EPC/EPCM and advanced-manufacturing initiatives, managing scope, schedule, and budget from setup to closeout.

You will collaborate with engineers, schedulers, construction managers, and discipline leads to achieve objectives, quality, and Ramboll's project execution standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of project management experience in industrial/EPC/EPCM/advanced-manufacturing environments.
• Experience in energy transition, industrial manufacturing, or heavy-industrial construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship and be the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead delivery of industrial EPC/EPCM and advanced-manufacturing projects within S4I.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risks from setup through closeout.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams to meet quality, safety, cost, and schedule goals.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure governance compliance.
• Report performance to leadership and drive client satisfaction.
