Burns & McDonnell is seeking a Construction Project Manager – Mining & Minerals to support pursuit and execution of EPC projects across the United States. The role shapes the firm’s presence in a growing market driven by new investment and domestic supply chain priorities.

The ideal candidate has deep mining and heavy industrial construction experience, strong EPC execution knowledge, and the ability to influence opportunities early in development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience substitution for degree acceptable.
• Excellent computer skills; proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Access preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, cost control and project management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and manage project safety and health performance for project teams and subcontractors.
• Oversee day-to-day construction activities for large or multiple projects, ensuring safety and quality.
• Lead planning, scheduling, estimating, cost development, and risk reviews with project objectives.
• Support pursuit and execution through client relationships and contract/change negotiations.
• Implement the Project Execution Plan including QA, safety, procurement, staffing and closeout.
