Job summary

The candidate will help develop project execution plans, participate in risk reviews, and support documentation, reporting, and turnover activities while driving staffing and craft supervision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering or a related field required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software is preferred.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently in the country where this position is located.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, procurement, proposals, estimates, documentation and turnover.
• Interact with clients for proposal and project related items to build relationships.
• Support project controls with cost reporting, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate project documentation, filing systems and turnover documentation.
• Assist with onboarding of craft supervision and staffing on projects.
